Element Optics European Online Shop Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
We accept returns for purchases made directly through our Element Optics European webshop. Products purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to their return policies.

2. Timeframe:

Customers may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Return Authorization (RA) Process:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at salesglobal@element-optics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

6. Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment.

7. Exchanges:

Exchanges for the same item in a different color or size may be available, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued as per our refund process.

8. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:
– Items marked as final sale or clearance.
– Customized or personalized products.
– Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
